By placing an order with Lanng Manman Littles, you agree to the following terms:

Pre-orders
The Dominica Edition is currently available for pre-order. The estimated dispatch timeframe is 30–45 days from the date of order. This is an estimate and may be subject to delays outside of our control, including manufacturing, customs or shipping delays. If there is a significant delay to your order, we will contact you with an update.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that this is a pre-order item and is not available for immediate dispatch. UK rules allow a different delivery timeframe to the usual 30 days where that timeframe has been agreed with the customer. GOV.UK

Payment
Full payment is taken at the time your pre-order is placed. Prices and any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Availability
Pre-order quantities are limited and are available while stock allocation lasts. Placing an item in your basket does not reserve it; your order is secured once payment has been successfully completed.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery information.

Any estimated delivery or dispatch dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Cancellations & Returns
You may request cancellation of your pre-order before dispatch. For online purchases, consumers generally have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions. Legislation.gov.uk

Returned products should be kept in their original condition, and customers may be responsible for return postage where legally permitted. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives faulty, damaged or is not as described, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Businesses cannot contract out of their responsibilities for faulty or misdescribed goods. GOV.UK

Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours and specifications are accurate. Minor variations in colour, packaging or appearance may occur between production batches.

Intellectual Property
All Lanng Manman Littles branding, artwork, card designs, written materials, audio recordings and other original content remain the intellectual property of their respective owner(s) and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission.

Acceptance of Terms
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, including the stated pre-order dispatch timeframe.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

For your actual product page, I wouldn't put all of this underneath the description. I'd keep the bottom really clean with something like:
